Pulp molded mannequin

This mannequin is made from scrap of paper and scraps of fabric. 
It is a sustainable product because does not use FRP. 
The production method is the pulp molded manufacturing method. 
Dissolve waste paper in water to liquefy and add finely crushed pieces of cloth.
A special mold is made, the mold is submerged in a pool of ingredients, and the water is removed using a vacuum machine to complete the shape.
It will harden when dried naturally.
Metal and magnet parts can be removed from the outside. 
Therefore, it can be divided into decomposable parts and reused parts.
It is an earth-friendly material because it decomposes in the ground when discarded.

This mannequin is made of paper and handmade.
It is a sustainable product because does not use FRP. 
Only Japanese traditional paper and natural glue are used, so the paper material is finished as it is.
It has been considered difficult to make a mannequin out of paper.
The biggest problem was to make them stand on their own and to support the weight with only one leg.
Because it was difficult to make paper strong over the long term, we succeeded in securing strength by impregnating the paper with a special liquid agent.
Metal parts and magnet parts can be removed from the outside.
Therefore, it can be divided into recycled parts and reused parts.
This product is light, strong and recyclable.
The special material also decomposes in the ground, so it is an earth-friendly material.

Factory in Vietnam

Factory production in Vietnam started in 2005.
In 2020, we built a new factory in Vietnam.
The new factory is well sanitary environment and has a day care room.
Wastewater from the factory is discharged via purification facilities.
Currently, 160 Vietnamese employees are working and are full of energy.
Vietnamese people are very pro-Japanese and very dexterous with their hands.
They also respond to detailed work requested by Japanese people.
